By joining one of our trips, you automatically agree and understand all what follows :
– Adventure trips have unexpected risks, for example, bad weather conditions, sand storms, high sea tides, human accidents, vehicle accidents, etc that may lead desert fox team to change, cancel visits or activities or tours as the team sees suitable.
– We always try to commit to the itinerary as agreed with our guest but desert fox has the right to change itinerary, cancel a visit or activity without prior notice if the team decides to do so.
– Desert trips activities for example, but not limited to, 4×4 safari, swimming in lakes or pools, sand boarding, hiking or trekking, staying in lodges or hotels, camping in desert camps, have possible risks and circumstances. It is 100% guest responsibility to choose to do these activities or similar once mentioned in our itinerary without any legal, financial or another responsibility on our team.
– It is the guest responsibility to review our policies before signing up for one of our trips without the need for desert fox team to send it to each guest before booking.
– Desert fox commits to send these policies to any guests who asks about it anytime before or after signing up for a trip, You may always find it on our website.
– Refunds and compensations, due to one or any of the mentioned above, are not applicable under any circumstances.
